Components of CNC Drilling Machine Line

1. Main Machine Body

The main machine body is mainly composed of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, headstocks, an upper clamping device, a side clamping device, and a row-type tool magazine.  The bed boasts excellent rigidity and stability, enabling it to withstand loads and vibrations generated during high-speed machining while ensuring the machine tools precision.

2. Infeeding Conveyor

The infeeding conveyor consists of a conveyor support, support rollers, side positioning rollers, a side pushing device, a rack, and other components.  The feeding channel serves to convey workpieces to be processed;  a photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the material channel to detect the workpieces front end and define the X-direction machining datum.  The side pushing device clamps the workpiece tightly and presses it against the side positioning rollers, thereby achieving rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.

3. Infeeding CNC Carriage

The infeeding CNC carriage is composed of gears, servo motors, and manipulators.  The manipulators offer excellent rigidity and stability, capable of automatic lifting/lowering based on profile specifications and automatic workpiece clamping.  After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor;  under the transmission of the rack-and-pinion mechanism, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal machining accuracy of drilling.
