Product Features

1.  Main Machine Body

It is primarily composed of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, headstocks, an upper pressing device, a side pressing device, and a row-type tool magazine.

The bed features excellent rigidity and stability, capable of withstanding loads and vibrations generated during high-speed machining, thereby ensuring the machine tools precision.

A total of 3 headstocks are installed on the main machine, namely the fixed-side headstock, mobile-side headstock, and upper unit headstock, which are used for drilling in horizontal and vertical directions respectively.  Each headstock can operate independently or perform drilling operations simultaneously, significantly enhancing production efficiency.  Each headstock is equipped with one set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles. The corresponding row-type tool magazine can hold up to 4 drills of different diameters (when no tool is mounted on the spindle), enabling automatic processing of 4 different hole diameters with a single workpiece clamping.  Spindle feeding is driven by a servo motor, which can realize fast forward, working feed, and fast retraction through program control. The spindle motor is a spindle servo motor, supporting stepless speed adjustment with a wide speed range.

The three headstock units are mounted on the bed.  Each headstock unit is driven by two sets of servo motors to achieve horizontal and vertical movement, with transmission via ball screws and guidance by precision linear rolling guides.  During the drilling process, this equipment clamps the workpiece in two directions: above the workpiece, an oil cylinder-driven pressing mechanism secures the workpiece on the horizontal support rollers, and another oil cylinder-driven pressing mechanism clamps the workpiece from the side.

2.  Infeeding Conveyor

It consists of a conveyor support, support rollers, side positioning rollers, a side pushing device, and a rack, among other components.  The feeding channel is used to carry workpieces to be processed;  a photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the channel to detect the workpieces front end and determine the X-direction machining datum.  The side pushing device clamps the workpiece tightly against the side positioning rollers, realizing rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y-direction.

3.  Infeeding NC Carriage

It is composed of gears, servo motors, and a manipulator.  The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, capable of automatic lifting/lowering according to profile specifications and automatic workpiece clamping.  After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor;  under the transmission of the rack-and-pinion mechanism, the workpiece is fed in the X-direction, ensuring the longitudinal machining accuracy of drilling.
