1.   Purpose of the production line:

This production line is mainly used for drilling, typing, sawing and cutting of H-shaped steel, channel steel and other steel.

The drilling host uses 3 BT40 high-speed spindles to drill the 3 faces of the steel.   Each face has 1 spindle, and the corresponding row tool magazine can accommodate up to 4 specifications of tools.   It can realize the conversion of CAD drawings into processing programs;   and can realize multi-threaded synchronous operation, and can reasonably arrange drilling, workpiece operation, tool change, spindle positioning and other tasks, so that two or three of them can be completed at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.

The sawing host uses a band saw to cut the steel to a fixed length.

This production line reserves a communication interface to facilitate customers' future system management of the production line.

2.  Production line structure and configuration:

This production line consists of two major parts: drilling production line and sawing production line.  The electrical part is also divided into two parts, which control sawing and drilling respectively.  The two parts can be operated independently and can communicate with each other through the bus.
