1. Purpose of the production line:
This production line is mainly used for drilling, typing, sawing and cutting of H-shaped steel, channel steel and other steel.
The drilling host uses 3 BT40 high-speed spindles to drill the 3 faces of the steel. Each face has 1 spindle, and the corresponding row tool magazine can accommodate up to 4 specifications of tools. It can realize the conversion of CAD drawings into processing programs; and can realize multi-threaded synchronous operation, and can reasonably arrange drilling, workpiece operation, tool change, spindle positioning and other tasks, so that two or three of them can be completed at the same time, greatly improving production efficiency.
