It mainly consists of a casting bed worktable, a mobile gantry, a mobile slide saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device and a protective device, a circulating cooling device, a digital control system, an electrical system, etc. With rolling guide pair support and guidance and precision lead screw pair drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

1aMachine bed and workbenchi14

The bed welding and workbench are gray iron (HT250) integral castings, which are finely processed after secondary annealing and aging treatment, and have excellent dynamic and static rigidity and no deformation. There are finely processed and rationally arranged T-slots on the workbench surface for clamping workpieces. Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the bed base, so that the guide sliders are evenly stressed, greatly improving the rigidity and tensile and compressive resistance of the machine tool. The drive system adopts AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for double-sided drive to move the gantry in the Y-axis direction. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the bottom of the bed, which can easily adjust the level of the bed workbench.

The mobile gantry is made of gray iron (HT250) casting, and two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides are installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws and a servo motor make the power head slide plate move in the X-axis direction. The power head slide plate is equipped with a drilling power head. The movement of the gantry is achieved by the servo motor driving the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw through a precision coupling.

The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural part. Two ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, a set of precision ball screw pairs and a high-precision planetary reducer are installed on the saddle to connect the servo motor. The weight of the power head is balanced to reduce the screw load and extend the service life of the screw. The drilling power head is driven to move in the Z-axis direction, which can realize the power head fast forward, fast reverse, stop and other actions, and has automatic chip breaking, chip withdrawal and pause functions.

The drilling power head adopts a dedicated servo spindle motor, which drives a dedicated precision spindle through a toothed synchronous belt to increase torque. The spindle adopts a front four and rear two type six-row Japanese angular contact bearing to achieve stepless speed change. The spindle is equipped with a pneumatic tool change system to make tool replacement quick and convenient. The feed is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked and semi-closed loop control is adopted to realize linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is a BT50 taper hole, equipped with a high-speed rotary joint, and can be processed with a high-speed U drill center outlet.

The high-precision design of guide rails and sliders imported from Taiwan ensures smooth operation and effectively improves the heavy-load capacity.

1. The X-axis and Z-axis respectively use two rolling linear guides as guide and load-bearing rails for lateral and longitudinal movement. It can meet the technical requirements of high-speed drilling. The X-axis and Z-axis transmission uses AC servo motors to drive the precision ball screw to rotate and realize linear motion.

2. The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guides, and two square rail sliders are installed on each guide rail to form the Y-axis sliding track. It can meet the high rigidity strength requirements of the gantry frame, and can also meet the technical advantages of low friction coefficient, fast moving speed, good vibration absorption performance and long service life. The Y-axis transmission adopts servo motor synchronous drive technology, synchronously drives the ball screw to rotate, drives the Y-axis workbench to move back and forth, and realizes CNC machining.
