Machine Structure:
The machine bed is of cast construction, primarily consisting of a worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protective device, circulating cooling device, numerical control system, and electrical system. Supported and guided by rolling hard rail pairs, and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool features high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Workbench:
The workbench is fabricated from gray cast iron (HT250), subjected to finish machining after secondary tempering and power treatment, ensuring sound internal quality and dimensional stability. The work surface adopts a cast structure.
2. Movable Gantry:
The movable gantry is made of gray cast iron (HT250). The front side of the gantry is equipped with two rolling linear guide pairs with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screws, and a servo motor, which serve as the Y-axis for the power head slide. When moving in the same direction, the drilling power head is mounted on the power head slide plate. The gantry movement is achieved through the rotation of the ball screw, driven by the servo motor via a precision coupling.
3. Movable Saddle:
The sliding saddle features a precision cast iron structure. It is equipped with two CNC hard-track sliding tables with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor to drive the drilling power head for Z-axis movement. This enables actions such as rapid advance, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping of the power head, along with functions of automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause.
4. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head employs a dedicated servo spindle motor, with torque increased via geared synchronous belt deceleration to drive the precision spindle. The spindle utilizes a configuration of five rows of Japanese angular contact bearings (three at the front and two at the rear) to achieve stepless speed variation. Equipped with a pneumatic tool change system, the spindle allows for fast and convenient tool replacement. The feed movement is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes are capable of linkage, adopting semi-closed-loop control to realize linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 taper hole, fitted with an Italian Rotofors high-speed rotary joint, and supports the use of a high-speed U-drilling center for water discharge.
