1. Machine Bed and Workbench  

The machine bed undergoes a manufacturing process that includes welding, followed by annealing, and subsequent precision machining. It exhibits exceptional dynamic and static rigidity, ensuring no deformation during operation. Two sets of high-precision linear guides are mounted on both sides of the machine bed base, enabling uniform force distribution on the guide slidersthis significantly enhances the machine tools rigidity as well as its tensile and compressive resistance. The drive system adopts AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided driving, facilitating the movement of the gantry along the Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system to secure workpieces effectively.  

2. Mobile Gantry  

The mobile gantry is fabricated from gray cast iron (HT250) via casting. Two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides are installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws, in conjunction with a servo motor, drives the power head slide plate to move along the X-axis; the drilling power head is mounted on this power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is achieved through a servo motor: via a precision coupling, the motor drives the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw, thereby enabling the gantrys positional adjustment.  

3. Mobile Saddle  

The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It is outfitted with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, a set of precision ball screw assemblies, and a high-precision planetary reducerall of which are connected to a servo motor. This configuration balances the weight of the power head, reducing the load on the screws and extending the screws service life. The mobile saddle drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, supporting functions such as rapid traverse, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping of the power head. It also incorporates capabilities for automatic chip breaking, chip retraction, and pause operations to optimize processing efficiency.
