The machine bed is cast, mainly composed of worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protective device, circulating cooling device, digital control system, electrical system, etc. Rolling hard rail pair support and guidance, precision lead screw pair drive, the machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

1. Bed and workbench:

The bed is a rectangular tube welded part, which is annealed at high temperature before processing, and annealed twice after semi-finishing to remove stress, and then finish processing, which can ensure the stability of the machine tool accuracy. The worktable is an integral casting of gray iron (HT250), which is finished after secondary annealing and aging treatment, with good dynamic and static rigidity and no deformation. There are well-planned T-slots on the work surface plane for clamping workpieces. Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the base of the bed, so that the guide rails can be evenly stressed and greatly improve the rigidity and tensile and compressive capacity of the machine tool. The drive system adopts AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair. Make the gantry move in the Y-axis direction. The mobile sliding saddle is a precision cast iron structural part.  The sliding saddle is equipped with two ultra-high bearing capacity CNC linear slide tables, a set of precision ball screw pairs and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor, and is equipped with nitrogen gas.  Balance cylinder, balance the weight of the power head, reduce the load of the screw, prolong the service life of the screw, drive the drilling power head to move in the Z-axis direction, and realize the fast forward, work forward, fast backward, stop and other actions of the power head, with automatic cut-off Chips, chip removal, pause function.

4.  Drilling power head:

The drilling power head adopts a special servo spindle motor, which drives the special precision spindle through the tooth synchronous belt to decelerate and increase the torque.  The replacement is quick and easy, and the feed is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw.  The X and Y axes can be linked, and the semi-closed loop control is adopted to realize linear and circular interpolation functions.  The spindle end is a BT50 taper hole, equipped with a high-speed rotary joint, which can be processed with high-speed U-drill center water.
