Production line structure and configuration:

This production line consists of two parts: a sawing production line and a 3D CNC drilling machine.   The electrical part is also divided into two parts, which control sawing and drilling respectively.   The two parts can operate independently and communicate with each other through the bus.

I. Sawing production line:

Components of the sawing production line:

1.  Horizontal material table

It consists of a reduction motor, a material table bracket, a conveyor chain, etc.   It is used to transport the steel to the feed channel, clamp the feed trolley, and move the 5-12 m long profile raw material horizontally to the production line roller.

2.  Feed channel

It consists of a channel bracket, a support roller, a side positioning roller, a side push device and a rack.   The feed channel is used to carry the workpiece to be processed.   A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the channel to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the processing reference in the X direction.   The side push device presses the workpiece against the side positioning roller to achieve rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.

3.  Feed trolley

It consists of gears, servo motors and manipulators.   The manipulator clamps the workpiece and is driven by a servo motor.   Under the transmission of the gear rack, the workpiece is fed in the X direction.   The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, and can automatically rise and fall according to the profile specifications and automatically clamp the workpiece.   The workpiece is driven by a servo motor to feed along the length direction to ensure feeding accuracy.

4.  Sawing machine

Used to cut steel to a certain length.

5.  Discharging channel

It is composed of a reducer, channel bracket, support roller, side positioning roller, chain, etc.

The sawing discharging channel is used to carry the workpiece after sawing.   The reducer drives the support roller to drive the workpiece to move along the X direction.

6.  Pneumatic system

It is used to provide power to the side push device and the manipulator.

7.   Electrical system

The control system of the production line is composed of a touch screen and PLC.   The production line can realize manual adjustment and control of each processing parameter separately, and can also realize automatic control processing of the whole process.   The production line can be managed, monitored, troubleshooted, upgraded, etc. remotely through software.
