Machine Structure:

The machine is mainly composed of a worktable, movable gantry, movable saddle, multiple drilling power heads, automatic lubrication system, protective devices, circulating cooling system, CNC control system, and electrical system. The axes are supported and guided by rolling linear guideways and driven by precision ball screw assemblies, providing excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability.

1. Automatic Lubrication and Protective Devices:

It accurately measures and compensates for pitch errors, backlash, positioning accuracy, and repeatability, thereby maintaining the machine's dynamic and static performance as well as overall machining precision.
