Application:  

Suitable for drilling, chamfering, tapping, and milling of plate/structural components.  

It is primarily dedicated to high-efficiency drilling of workpieces such as flanges, discs, rings, and plates with thickness within the effective range. The drilling of through holes and blind holes can be achieved on both single-material parts and composite materials. The machining process of the machine tool is digitally controlled, featuring highly convenient operation. It enables automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and mass production.

1. Workbench:  

The workbench is fabricated from gray iron (HT250), undergoing finish machining after secondary tempering and power treatment. It features a sound internal structure with no deformation, and the work surface adopts a cast structure.  

2. Movable Gantry:  

The movable gantry is constructed from gray cast iron (HT250). The front side of the gantry is equipped with two rolling linear guide pairs with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screws, and a servo motor. These components enable the power head slide plate to move along the Y-axis, with the drilling power head mounted on the power head slide plate. The movement of the gantry is achieved through the servo motor driving the rotation of the ball screw via a precision coupling.  

3. Movable Saddle:  

The saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It is equipped with two CNC hard-rail sliding tables with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. This configuration drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, enabling actions such as rapid advance, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping of the power head. It is also equipped with functions of automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause.

Designed with a high rigidity gantry and linear guideways, this machine ensures excellent stability and outstanding precision. Its robust cast iron base and hardened steel guideways make it capable of withstanding rigorous, continuous industrial operations while maintaining positional accuracy within 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.008 mm.

With a 24-tool automatic tool changer (ATC) and user-selectable PLC control system, the CNC gantry machine allows seamless switching between complex operations. Its rapid traverse rates (up to 24 m/min on X-axis) and fully automatic operation optimize productivity, minimizing downtime for tool changes while maintaining smooth, efficient workflows.

Equipped with a spacious 2000 mm x 3000 mm table and capable of supporting workpieces weighing up to 6000 kg, this CNC machine is ideal for heavy-duty milling and drilling tasks.
