Equipment Structure
The machine is primarily composed of a bed worktable, movable gantry, movable slide saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protection device, circulating cooling device, numerical control system, electrical system, and other components. Supported and guided by rolling guide pairs, and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool achieves high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Machine Bed and Worktable
The machine bed undergoes welding, followed by annealing and precision machining, resulting in excellent dynamic and static rigidity with no deformation. Two high-precision linear guides are installed on both sides of the bed base, ensuring even force distribution on the guide sliders and significantly enhancing the machine tools rigidity as well as tensile and compressive resistance. The drive system adopts AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for double-sided drive, enabling the gantry to move along the Y-axis. Additionally, the worktable is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.
2. Movable Gantry
The movable gantry is fabricated from gray iron (HT250) castings. Two rolling linear guides with ultra-high load-bearing capacity are mounted on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screws and a servo motor enable the power head sliding plate to move along the X-axis, and the drilling power head is installed on the power head sliding plate. Gantry movement is achieved by the servo motor driving the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw via a precision coupling.
3. Movable Saddle
The movable saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. Equipped on the saddle are two CNC linear rail slides with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. This configuration balances the weight of the power head, reducing the load on the screw and extending the screws service life. It drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, supporting actions such as the power heads fast forward, working feed, fast retraction, and stopping, while also integrating functions of automatic chip breaking, chip retreat, and pause.
4. Drilling Power Head
The drilling power head employs a dedicated servo spindle motor, which drives a dedicated precision spindle via a toothed synchronous belt to enhance torque. The spindle is fitted with Japanese angular contact bearings arranged in a "four-front, two-rear configuration (six rows total), enabling stepless speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool change system is equipped to ensure quick and convenient tool replacement. Feeding is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw; the X and Y axes support linkage and adopt semi-closed-loop control, realizing linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 taper hole, equipped with a high-speed rotary joint, and supports processing with a high-speed U-drill for center water discharge.
