1. Equipment Structure:  

The equipment adopts an integral casting design, primarily consisting of a worktable, fixed-beam gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication device, protection device, circulating cooling device, numerical control system, electrical system, and other key components.  

2. T-slot Workbench:  

The workbench is constructed from gray iron (HT250), undergoing secondary tempering and vibration aging treatment prior to precision finishing. It exhibits excellent rigidity and maintains dimensional stability without deformation.  

3. Fixed-Beam Gantry:  

The gantry is fabricated from gray iron (HT250). Mounted on the front side of the gantry are two rolling linear guide pairs with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screws, and a servo motorthese components enable the power head sliding plate to move along the Y-axis. The drilling power head is installed on the power head sliding plate. Gantry movement is achieved by the servo motor driving the rotation of the ball screw via a precision coupling.  

4. Movable Sliding Saddle:  

The sliding saddle features a precision cast iron structure, equipped with two CNC hard-track sliding tables with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. This configuration drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, supporting actions such as fast forward, working feed, fast retraction, and stopping. It also integrates functions of automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause.  

5. Drilling Power Head:  

The drilling power head employs a dedicated servo spindle motor, with torque enhanced via geared synchronous belt deceleration to drive the precision spindle. The spindle is fitted with Japanese angular contact bearings arranged in a "three-front, two-rear configuration (five rows total), enabling stepless speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool change system is equipped to ensure fast and convenient tool replacement. Feeding is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw; the X and Y axes support linkage and adopt semi-closed-loop control, allowing for linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is designed with a BT40 taper hole, paired with an Italian Rotofors high-speed rotary joint, and is compatible with high-speed U-drilling centers for water discharge.
