Machine Structure

The machine base adopts a cast construction, consisting primarily of a worktable, movable gantry, movable saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective enclosure, circulating cooling system, CNC system, and electrical system. Guided and supported by rolling hard rail assemblies, with transmission via precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool delivers exceptional positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.

1. Worktable

Fabricated from gray cast iron (HT250), the worktable undergoes double tempering and vibration aging treatment prior to precision finishing. It boasts robust rigidity and dimensional stability, with a cast structural design for the working surface.  

2. Movable Gantry

Constructed from gray cast iron (HT250), the front side of the movable gantry is equipped with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guide pairs, one set of precision ball screws, and a servo motorconfiguring the power head slide as the Y-axis. The drilling power head is mounted on the power head slide plate, and gantry movement is achieved through servo motor-driven rotation of the ball screws via precision couplings, ensuring synchronized and smooth operation.  

3. Movable Saddle

The saddle features a precision cast iron structure, integrated with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing CNC hard-track slides, one set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. This drive system enables the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, supporting rapid traverse, feed motion, rapid retraction, and stop functions. It is also equipped with automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause capabilities.
