Product Features

1.  Workbench

The machine bed is fabricated via welding and undergoes secondary annealing and aging treatment prior to precision machining.  This process endows it with excellent dynamic and static rigidity, as well as deformation resistance.  Two high-precision linear guide rails are mounted on each side of the bed base, enabling the guide rail sliders to bear force evenly greatly enhancing the machine tools rigidity and resistance to tension and compression.  The drive system employs AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for dual-side transmission, realizing the Y-axis movement of the gantry.  Additionally, the workbench is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.

2.  Movable Gantry

The movable gantry is a cast component made of gray cast iron (HT250).  Two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guide pairs are installed on the front side of the gantry.  A set of precision ball screws and one servo motor drive the power head slide plate to move along the X-axis, and a drilling power head is mounted on the power head slide plate.  The movement of the gantry is achieved by the servo motor driving the ball nut to rotate on the ball screw via a precision coupling.

3.  Movable Sliding Saddle

The movable sliding saddle is a precision cast iron structural component.  It is equipped with two ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear guide sliders and a set of precision (components, as implied in the original context).
