Equipment Structure:
This equipment mainly consists of a cast bed workbench, a mobile gantry, a mobile saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device and protective device, a circulating cooling device, a digital control system, and an electrical system. Rolling guideways provide support and guidance, while precision screw drives ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatability.

1. Bed and worktable:
The machine bed is a single casting of gray iron (HT250), while the gantry and side beam base are high-strength welded components. After secondary annealing and aging treatment, it is precision machined, resulting in excellent dynamic and static rigidity and preventing deformation. The worktable surface has precision-machined, rationally arranged T-slots for workpiece clamping. Two high-precision linear guides are mounted on each side of the bed base, ensuring even force distribution on the guide slides and significantly improving the machine tool's rigidity and tensile and compressive strength. The drive system uses an AC servo motor and a precision ball screw pair for dual-sided drive, enabling the gantry to move in the Y-axis direction. Adjustable bolts are distributed on the bottom surface of the bed for easy adjustment of the worktable's level.
2. Mobile gantry:
The mobile gantry is made of gray iron (HT250) and has two ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guideways installed on the front side of the gantry. A set of precision ball screw pairs and a servo motor enable the power head slide to move in the X-axis direction. Drilling power heads are installed on the power head slide.
3. Moving saddle:
The moving saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. It is equipped with two high-load-bearing CNC linear guideways, a set of precision ball screw assemblies, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. It also features a nitrogen-balanced cylinder. balancing the weight of the power head to reduce the load on the ball screw and extend its service life. It drives the drilling power head to move in the Z-axis direction, enabling functions such as rapid feed, working feed, rapid retraction, and stop. It also features automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.
4. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which uses a toothed synchronous belt to reduce speed and increase torque, driving a dedicated precision spindle. The spindle employs a six-row Japanese angular contact bearing configuration (four front, two rear) to achieve stepless speed variation. The spindle is fitted with a pneumatic tool change system, enabling quick and convenient tool replacement. Feed motion is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked and use semi-closed-loop control to achieve linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end has a BT50 tapered hole and is equipped with a high-speed rotating joint, enabling high-speed U-drill center water-cooled machining.
