Machine Tool Structure and Configuration:

This machine tool is primarily composed of a drilling unit, feeding trolley, feeding channel, discharging channel, cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, and electrical system, among other components.  The machine tool adopts a fixed bed and movable workpiece structure.  This three-dimensional drilling structure facilitates automated production.

1. Drilling Unit

The drilling unit mainly comprises a base, a bed, a movable slide, a spindle box, an upper pressing device, a side clamping device, and a row tool magazine.

The machine tool is equipped with three spindle boxes, namely the fixed-side spindle box, the movable-side spindle box, and the upper unit spindle box, which are respectively used for drilling in horizontal and vertical directions.  Each spindle box can operate independently and perform drilling operations simultaneously, significantly enhancing production efficiency.  Each spindle box is furnished with a set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles, and the corresponding row tool magazine can accommodate a maximum of 4 drill bit diameters (when no tool is mounted on the spindle).  When the workpiece is clamped once, 4 different hole diameters can be processed automatically.  The spindle feed is driven by a servo motor, enabling fast forward, working forward, and fast backward movements through program control. The spindle motor is driven by a spindle servo motor, with stepless speed adjustment and a wide speed regulation range.

The three spindle box units are mounted on the side of the bed.  Each spindle box unit is driven by two sets of servo motors to realize horizontal and vertical movement of the spindle box, with transmission via ball screws and guidance by precision linear rolling guides.  During the drilling process, this equipment presses the workpiece in two directions.  A hydraulic cylinder drives a pressing mechanism above the workpiece to press the workpiece against the horizontal support roller, and a hydraulic cylinder drives a pressing mechanism on the side to press the workpiece from the side.

2. Feeding Trolley

The feeding trolley consists of gears, servo motors, and manipulators.  The manipulator clamps the workpiece and is driven by a servo motor.  Under the transmission of the gear rack, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal processing accuracy of the drilling.
