1. The CNC angle iron punching machine is equipped with either two or three punching units, each capable of accommodating three distinct punch sizes. These units are precisely controlled by numerical control (NC), ensuring accurate positioning adjustments for punching operations. The machine is capable of producing both round and oval holes. With its high-speed feeding and punching capabilities, it significantly enhances production efficiency. For 50*50*4mm angle steel, the machine achieves a production output of 9-10 tons within an eight-hour shift.

2. The marking unit of the CNC angle punching machine is housed in a robust and durable enclosure. The marking system is designed with four cassette sets, which can be selected via programming, offering flexibility for adjusting the marking position. Additionally, the machine employs a disc marking technique with 10 rows, automatically selecting characters without the need for manual input, thereby substantially improving marking efficiency.

3. The CNC angle bar cutting machine is equipped with a single-blade shearing unit, renowned for its superior cutting force. Each cut is executed with no material wastage, resulting in a clean and smooth cutting surface. The blade housing features an open-door design, facilitating quick and safe blade replacements.

The operator simply inputs the processing requirements, and the system automatically generates the corresponding processing program. It is fully compatible with file formats such as DXF, NC, and others produced by CAD software. The upper computers human-machine interface is highly intuitive, featuring a user-friendly display and streamlined operation. It includes capabilities such as graphical visualization of workpieces, extensive data storage, location data tracking, and fault alarm notifications.
