1. High Automation Level 

The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading system (comprising a horizontal feeding channel and a rotating loading rack), an automatic unloading system, and an automatic material conveying system. All hole-drilling and steel stamping processes for angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the line. No manual intervention is required during processing, which significantly reduces workers labor intensity.

2. Precision Drilling Performance

The drilling spindle adopts a Taiwan-sourced BT40 precision spindle (with internal coolant supply), guaranteeing high drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit is configured with six CNC drilling heads three allocated to each flange of the angle steel. For holes with the same diameter and identical distance from the top ends of the angle steel flanges, simultaneous drilling can be achieved via the corresponding drilling heads on both sides.

3. User-Friendly Software Interface

The software features a Chinese/English bilingual interface for straightforward operation. It also supports real-time display of workpiece drawings to facilitate visual verification.

4. Simplified Programming Capability

Programming is streamlined: when creating a program, users only need to input workpiece dimensions, hole diameter, hole spacing, and workpiece quantity. Alternatively, direct conversion via CAD/CAM lofting software is supported. The system is also compatible with .NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
