Product Features:  

1. Incorporates CNC technology and servo motor feeding, ensuring high efficiency and consistent workpiece precision. Core hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are all imported.  

2. Each side is equipped with three sets of punches and dies, capable of accommodating three punches with varying diameters. Under PLC control, the three sets of molds can move synchronously to adjust the punching back mark.  

3. Equipped with a computer featuring a Chinese/English interface for user-friendly operation, with the ability to display workpiece diagrams. Programming is simplified, and it can directly utilize program data generated by lofting software. When editing programs, only the workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, back mark, and workpiece quantity need to be input.  

4. The CNC infeed carriage is driven by a servo motor, with a photoelectric encoder providing real-time feedback. Closed-loop control ensures high positioning accuracy.  

5. Marking, punching, and shearing processes are fully automated; finished angle steel can be unloaded via a pneumatic turnover device, reducing labor intensity.  

6. The control system comprises a host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, and external detection sensors, among other components. Processing operations are initiated simply by inputting workpiece dimensions. Additionally, programs can be stored, selected, displayed, and transmitted based on workpiece numbers.  

7. The marking unit adopts a closed-frame structure with excellent rigidity. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit, selectable via program, and the marking back mark can be set arbitrarily.  

8. The punching, marking, and shearing cylinders are of enlarged specifications; the NC carriage features an upgraded, more robust design; and the clamps are reinforced.
