Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which uses a toothed synchronous belt to reduce speed and increase torque, driving a dedicated precision spindle. The spindle employs a six-row Japanese angular contact bearing configuration (four front, two rear) to achieve stepless speed variation. The spindle is fitted with a pneumatic tool change system, enabling quick and convenient tool replacement. Feed motion is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes can be linked and use semi-closed-loop control to achieve linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end has a BT50 tapered hole and is equipped with a high-speed rotating joint, enabling high-speed U-drill center water-cooled machining.
Transmission System:
Features Taiwan-imported guide rails and high-precision slider design for smooth operation and enhanced heavy-load capacity.
1. The X-axis employs two rolling linear guide rails as lateral guides and load-bearing tracks, meeting high-speed drilling requirements. The X-axis transmission uses an AC servo motor to drive a precision ball screw for linear motion.
2. The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guide rails on each side, with three square rail slides installed on each guide rail, collectively forming the Y-axis sliding track. This design meets the high rigidity and strength requirements of the gantry frame while also offering technical advantages such as low friction coefficient, high movement speed, excellent vibration damping performance, and long service life. The X-axis drive employs dual servo motor synchronous drive technology, with one servo motor on each side synchronously driving the ball screw to rotate, thereby moving the gantry frame and achieving CNC machining.
3. The spindle housing uses four heavy-duty linear guides, offering high motion rigidity, high positioning accuracy, and excellent low-speed stability.
