Equipment Structure:  

This equipment is primarily composed of a cast bed workbench, a movable gantry, a movable saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device and protective mechanism, a circulating cooling system, a numerical control system, and an electrical system. 1. Bed and Worktable:  

The bed and worktable are constructed as integral castings from gray iron (HT250), subjected to secondary annealing and aging treatments, and precision-machined to ensure superior dynamic and static rigidity with minimal deformation. The worktable surface features precision-machined T-slots arranged in an optimized layout for secure workpiece clamping. The bed base is equipped with two high-precision linear guideways on each side, ensuring uniform force distribution across the guideway slides and significantly enhancing the machine tools rigidity, tensile resistance, and compressive resistance. The drive system utilizes AC servo motors and precision ball screw pairs for dual-side drive, enabling the gantry to traverse along the Y-axis. Adjustable bolts are distributed across the bed base, facilitating convenient calibration of the bed and worktables horizontal alignment.  

2. Movable Gantry:  

The movable saddle is a precision cast iron structural component, outfitted with four high-load-bearing CNC linear guide slides, a precision ball screw pair, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to a servo motor. It also incorporates a nitrogen balancing cylinder to offset the weight of the power head, reducing load on the screw, extending its service life, and driving the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis. It is capable of executing actions such as rapid advancement, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping, and includes automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functionalities.  

3. Drilling Power Head:  

The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which utilizes a toothed synchronous belt for speed reduction and torque amplification to drive a dedicated precision spindle. The spindle employs a six-row Japanese angular contact bearing configuration (four front, two rear) to achieve stepless speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool change system is integrated into the spindle, enabling quick and efficient tool replacement. Feed motion is driven by a servo motor and ball screw. The X and Y axes are capable of linkage and utilize semi-closed-loop control to achieve linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 tapered hole and is equipped with a high-speed rotating joint, enabling high-speed U-drill center water-cooled machining.
