1. 2. Robust Typing Unit Configuration: The typing unit adopts a closed structure, featuring high strength and stable operation. The printing unit comprises a bed support (fixed on the machine base), a movable bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. Printing operations are executed at the positions specified in the drawing in accordance with computer instructions. To expand the machines processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism is additionally integrated; using this mechanism, the downward position of the movable bed (i.e., the character head position) can be adjusted to adapt to the typing positions of angle steel with different specifications.
